Swiss Plant Phenotyping Network

Plant phenotyping is key to research on plant development, growth and functioning, in particular in relation to challenges imposed by climate change, the need for sustainable production systems, and the preservation of our natural world.

The SPPN supports Swiss researchers and private partners in the development and use of plant phenotyping infrastructure and services, and making these available to the wider community of plant scientists, agronomists and breeders.

The SPPN is set to become the Swiss national node of EMPHASIS ERIC.
